ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE $60 for first family member
$35 ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE for each Additional Family Member
Registration fees are non-refundable and not applicable toward any other account balances.

“Make-up” Classes are allowed only if a student/parent calls the studio IN ADVANCE or THE DAY OF the class to be ‘excused‘ AND only if the monthly dance tuition is PAID IN FULL by the first of the month. Otherwise, the credit is lost and makeups are not allowed.
“Make-up” classes should be completed within TWO WEEKS of the ‘excused absence’
“Make-up” classes are to be completed at the student’s LEVEL of dance or a LOWER LEVEL only.
When the studio is closed due to holidays, the student may take that entire month to complete a ‘Make-Up’ Class. *This is always the dancer’s choice - not a requirement.
Always secure a “Make-Up” card from the front desk before attending class.

PLEASE DO NOT stop attending class without notifying the office.
A ‘Drop/Add’ form or written notification must be completed, signed, and reach our office prior to the 25th of the month in order to terminate financial responsibility. Otherwise, the Monthly Tuition for that month will remain your responsibility. You are paying for the SPACE we hold for you in class - not the class time.

Annual Registration Fee: $50 ($10 per additional family member)

At the end of each year, we host an annual recital and there are additional fees for costumes. Please anticipate an average fee of $85 per costume.

*additional 15-30 minute classes add $15/ month

PRIVATE CLASSES AVAILABLE, PLEASE INQUIRE.

Tuition payments are due on the FIRST of each month unless you have a CC on file (see below) To cancel a class, written notice must be received PRIOR to the 25h of the previous month. Otherwise the tuition fee is still due for the new month.
‘Grace Period’ to pay tuition is given until the 5th of each month.
$15 LATE FEE needs to accompany your payment if payment is received after the 5th.

CREDIT/DEBIT cards (Visa & MasterCard ONLY) are kept on file & are charged on the 25th of the month prior. CASH or CHECK to ‘AZ Dance District’ is an option if paid ON or BEFORE the 1st.
Payments made in FULL (for the full 11 months) receive a 5% discount.
Payments made in TWO installments (August-Dec.) & (Jan.-June) receive 2% discount per installment.
To cancel CREDIT/DEBIT card transaction, a 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE BY THE 25th of the PREVIOUS MONTH or your CARD WILL BE CHARGED - NO REFUNDS.
